"New Girl"

Basic Storyline:
There's a new girl who moves into the Tipton Hotel! Her name is Danielle, and she first meets Maddie, who helps her family bring their stuff up into their suite. Then Danielle meets Carey, Zack, and Cody. Carey has to go out of town for the weekend, and Maddie has to "little-men sit" Zack and Cody. What could happen when Danielle gives Maddie a hand?

Chapter 1
"Ugh! Oww!" I dropped the suitcase on my foot. A girl walked over to me. "Hey, need a hand?" she said. I smiled at her. "Thanks." I handed her one of the suitecases.
"No problem. I'm Maddie." She and I went over to the elevator.
"I'm Danielle. Are you staying here at the Tipton?"
Maddie: "No. I work as the candy counter girl...I'm on break."
"Oh. Well, my parents and I are staying here for...I dunno how long."
Maddie: "So, what floor are you staying on?"
I pressed the buttons. "23rd."
Maddie gasped. "Really? That's where Carrie, Zack, and Cody are staying?"
"Who?"
"Oh, the hotel's singer and her twin boys."
"Oh. I'd like to meet them...Will you intoduce us?"
"Sure!"
She helped me take the stuff into my suite, then she said she had to go back to work.
"I'll introduce you guys---Oh there they are! I think they are going to the game room or something."
I looked over there. "Oh, yeah, you said they're twins, I forgot...They look different though..."
"Yeah, you can tell the difference pretty easy."

"Hey, Cody, who is that girl talkin' to Maddie?" Zack asked Cody as he was walking to the game room.
"How am I supposed to know?"
"I just thought you might know...She looks like our age."
"That'll be a first...She's the first since the beauty pageant girls," Cody said matter-of-factly.
"Yeah...I bet she's just as much as a snob too...Bet she's a freakin' rich snob...But she is cute." Zack smiled.
"Well, if she is talking to Maddie, maybe she isnt a snob."
"Yeah, but London talks to Maddie," Zack contradicted.
"Point taken...Well, let's go meet her..."
The twins walked over to me and Maddie.
Maddie: "Hey, Zack, Cody. Meet Danielle. She just moved into her suite on the 23rd floor."
Zack: "Hey I'm Zack."
Cody: "I'm Cody."
I smiled. "Nice to meet you. So, your mom sings? I like to sing a lot..."
Zack: "Cool. Hey, wanna go play in the game room?"
Me: "Sure. You dont mind if I leave you, do you, Maddie?"
Maddie: "No, go ahead! Have fun, you guys."

"Ok...we've played like every game here...Can we do something else?" I asked.
Zack: "Yeah, I'm bored too...Wanna go to the pool?"
Cody: "Yeah, it's hot in here anyway."
Me: "Yeah, let's go!"
We went into Zack and Cody's suite to find out if Maddie would let us go because she was watching them.

Chapter 1
Writer's Note: Hey, it's Pixel. Something weird happened with this, so I'm not really a member anymore...I'm just gonna go as a guest under the name as Danielle. I'm still gonna continue my story though!

The boys went into there room to change, and I went into my suite to change.
We headed over to the pool.
Cody: "So, Danielle, tell us a little about yourself."
Me: "Well, I'm 12...Going into the 7th grade next year...Uh...I came here from San Diego, CA...What else...Uhm..."
Zack: "Ya know Danielle, you're probably the nicest girl our age we've met here."
Cody smiled. "Besides Rebecca, of course..." He blushed.
Zack laughed. "Shut up, Cody! You havent seen her for ages!"
I smiled. "Rebecca? Wait, was she in the beauty pageant?"
Cody nodded. "Yeah! You know her?"
Me: "Duh! When I was like, 7 we were in it together! Brianna's been winning since London stopped winning!"
Zack: "Mini Miss 1999..."
I nodded. "Shyeah....Hey, wait...No way...Werent you...You two were the ones who messed up the last pageant!"
Cody gasped. "You were here?"
Me: "Obviously! I couldnt have taught a better lesson to those prissy snobs. But Rebecca was pretty mad."
Zack: "You just called them prissy snobs?"
Me: "Yeah? So?"
Zack: "Well, when we first saw you, we thought that's how you would be...But you seem really nice..."
Cody: "Psh...Nicer than most of the girls in that pageant."
I laughed. "That's for sure." I looked at my fingers and toes.
"Hey, let's get out of here. I hate it when I start to prune...Yuck..."
Zack: "Yeah, after you change back, wanna come into our suite and play some video games?"
I smiled. "Sure!"

Chapter 2
I went over to Zack and Cody's suite and knocked on their door. Their mom opened it.
"Why, hello," she said when she saw me.
"Hey, I'm here for Zack and Cody."
"Well, come in! Zack, Cody, there's someone here for you."
Zack got up. "Hey, Danielle!"
Their mom looked at us. "Zack, who is this?"
Zack: "Oh, sorry, Mom. This is Danielle. She just moved into one of the suites on this floor. Maddie introduced us today."
"Oh, well, nice to meet you Danielle. I'm Carey Martin. I sing at the hotel.'
"Oh, you sing? You're so lucky to get to sing for the hotel."
Cody: "Hey, Danielle, we got the game working."
I sat on the couch and we started playing. Then we heard on knock on the door. Carey opened it, and Mr. Moseby was there.
"Oh, Mr. Moseby, please dont tell me the boys got into more trouble! Whatever happened, I promise I'll pay for it!"
Mr. Moseby looked at Carey like she was crazy.
"Surprisingly, Carey, they havent done anything today, and I was wondering what is going on up here that is keeping them out of trouble..."
Carey smiled. "Well, Zack and Cody have been playing with their new 'girlfriend,' Danielle, who just checked in not too long ago."
Mr. Moseby looked over at us just as I pushed Zack playfully.
"Yeah, looks like Danielle's got something for that Zack of yours. Wonder what she sees in that troublemaker...Anyway, as long as they keep busy and arent destroying the hotel, I'm happy." Mr. Moseby left.
Carey looked over at us. "Yeah...Seriously..."

"Hey guys, I think I should go now, it's getting late. This was so much though. Anyway, I'll see you tomorrow." The boys said bye and I was getting ready to leave.
Carey caught be before I left. "Danielle, you seem to have this chemistry with Zack and Cody...And you seem to be able to keep them out of trouble. Look, tomorrow I'm going out of town, and I'll be back Sunday afternoon. Maddie was going to stay with the boys for the weekend, and I was wondering if you could stay at our suite till I get back, to give Maddie a hand. She's not very good at keeping them out of trouble, and Mr. Moseby always complains about the boys 'destroying the hotel.' It'll only be for 2 nights, and you'll still be in the hotel. Maddie is staying here too."
I smiled. "Sure! I'll be here tomorrow at 3:00!"
I walked out, and sighed. Wow...Sleepover...At a guy's house...Weird, but cool... I thought as I went into my suite.

Chapter 3
I knocked on the door of Zack and Cody's suite. Zack opened the door.
"Hey Danielle," he said, smiling. He let me in. "Cody's saying bye to our mom in the lobby. Maddie should be getting off work in a few minutes. But for now, it's just you and me." I smiled.
Me: "Where should I put my stuff?"
Zack: "Uh...you can take it into mine and Cody's room."
I took my back pack in their room. I sat on Cody's bed.
"Nice room. Better than mine at least...We havent even put the covers on my bed yet."
Zack laughed. He motioned me to come sit on the couch. We sat there and waited for Cody and Maddie to come up. We didnt watch anything on TV, because nothing was on, so Zack asked me to sing.
"You're kidding, right?"
"No...You said you like to sing!"
I rolled my eyes. "Fine..." I started singing 'Protecting Me' from Phil of the Future. Zack stared deeply at me as I sang.
Zack: "Wow...you're really good."
Me: "Thanks."
Zack: "Too bad you werent here for Battle of the Bands. You couldve been Rock Squared's lead singer..."
I got up and motioned for Zack to stay there. I went into the boys' room, and grabbed something out of my backpack. I came back and sat down on the couch.
Me: "Rock Squared was your band? Ever consider reuniting?"
Zack: "What do you mean?"
Me: "According to this poster, there is a talent contest in a month."
Zack: "...Danielle...you are a genius!" He hugged me right when Cody and Maddie walked in. They stood there staring, and he stopped hugging me.
Maddie: "Zack? Why were you hugging Danielle?"
Zack: "Cuz she's a genius..."
Cody: "How?"
Danielle: "There is a talent contest in a month here at the Tipton. I suggested reuniting your band, Rock Squared to enter..."
Cody: "Genius..."
Zack: "Told ya so. Danielle is gonna be the new lead singer!"
Me: "I am?!"
Zack: "Duh! You've got a great voice!"
Me: "Well, I...uh..but..."
Cody: "You sing?"
Me: "Yes, but...I suppose. Who else is in it?"
Cody: "Our friends Max and Tapeworm...But we've never even heard you sing!"
Zack: "I have. She's great. You'll just be surprised at our next practice!"

"Hey, Zack, I'm going to go to bed now, you coming?" Cody called to Zack.
Zack: "Nah, I'll be there later."
Maddie: "Zack, Danielle, I want you guys ready for bed by midnight, got it? I'm going to bed now, but if I find out you were up past midnight, you're both gonna be in trouble."
I smiled. "No prob, Maddie. We'll be sound asleep by 12:15 probably!"
Zack: "Yeah, Maddie, we'll be fine."
Maddie: "Good, I just want dont want anything to happen."
Zack and I looked at each other. We looked over at Maddie and started laughing.
Me: "Yeah right! We're kids, Maddie. Kids."
Maddie: "Good. Anyway, g'night."
We all said goodnight. Zack and I sat on the couch, were I was going to be sleeping. We flicked on the TV, and started watching wrestling. Finally, it was 11:55, and we decided it was time to hit the sack. We went into the bathroom to brush our teeth. Zack was ready to go into his and Cody's room.
"Good night, Zack." I said.
" 'Night Danielle," he said.
We hugged, and I kissed him on the cheek. After I did that he drew back a little, and I smiled. He was blushing, but he was smiling just a little.
" G'night." we both said, in unison.

Chapter 4
"Guys! Hey! Slow down!" I was rushing after the boys, who were rollerblading through the lobby. I was rollerblading after them, of course, but only to get a hold of them. They finally came to a stop right before running into the table with the vase on it.
"You guys, please, I don't wanna break anything." I said panting. "Can we please take this outside?"
Zack sighed. "Yeah, I guess so. Hey, let's go ask Maddie if she'll take us down to the park!" I laughed.
"C'mon, let's go up and ask her. She's got nothing better to do."

"Sorry, guys, but I have to work in 10 minutes? Why dont you invite Max and Tapeworm over? I'd let you have band practice up here, as long as it doesnt disturb the neighbors." Maddie said, kindly and sorrily. "I would, but I can't." I smiled.
"That's quite alright, Maddie. We'll probably have band practice in that case..." Maddie nodded and left the suite to go to work.
I looked over at the boys. "Guys, call Max and Tapeworm. Tell them to bring the equipment. You guys have the rest of the stuff?" They nodded. Zack picked up the hotel phone, and Cody took his cell out of his pocket. They agreed on who they were calling, but first told me where their equipment was. I went to get it, and set it up in an open space in the suite. The dorrbell rang, and Max and Tapeworm were at the door. Zack ran to open it.
